microFlex micro-fibre endoscopes are developed especially for industrial applications with tight inspection apertures or small drill holes. microFlex endoscopes are ideal for inspecting small workpieces, delicate drill holes, injection tubes, turbine blades, random inspection in large series production and security relevant parts. microFlex fibrescopes are available in different configurations with probe diameter from as small as 0.5mm to 1.8mm. All microFlex fibrescopes are available in customer specific working length of up to 2.0m.
Small diameters:

Working length of the microFlex fiberscope can be customized to customer specifications of up to 2.0m
Optimal visualization:
The use of ultra thin single fibres result in bundles with extreme high numbers of pixels that are manufactured in a very tight area. This is the basis for high-resolution pictures. With a field of view angle of 70° and a distance of view from 5-30mm no detail will get lost during inspection.
Orientation:
The microFlex uses a 32mm standard DIN eyepiece that can be focused. The visible marking in the eyepiece can be used for orientation and to navigate within the inspection object safely and unerringly.
Robust, reliable and mobile:
An other quality feature of these high grade endoscopes is the resistance especially in rough environments in the daily use. The bending radius of the microFlex endoscopes is small at only 20mm.
