The ELIOS 2 comes fully equipped with a 400mm spherical cage made of carbon fiber and aeronautical grade aluminium to withstand collisions inside the indoor inspection space. Using 7 Infra-Red sensors, the drone is able to stabilize itself in GPS-denied environments, and at the same time allows the drone to perform distance locking during an inspection. It’s powerful, adjustable lighting with an output of 10,000 lumens enables it to light up the darkest of environments, and also houses the ability to utilize the “Oblique Lighting” technique for identification of pits and uneven surfaces inside the inspection space. The 4k camera of the ELIOS 2 captures crisp, sharp images, enabling the operator to obtain optimal information of the assets’ conditions.
